I was thrilled with my stay at the hotel. The rooms were great, offering a veranda with a full, open view of the ocean, which was truly refreshing despite the windy weather in Natal. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff seeming uninvolved and uninterested. The location was impeccable, right on the beach and close to the northern end of the building. The dining was a highlight, with a wonderful selection of pastries, cakes, fruits, and even a chef making 'tapiocas' on-site. Overall, a fantastic experience with a few minor hiccups.

I loved the rooms, especially the veranda overlooking the ocean. They were equipped with everything I needed, including air conditioning, a private bathroom with a hairdryer, TV with satellite channels, and a minibar. The Indaiá water provided was a nice touch, and there were other drink options available as well.
